Your Sacral Chakra is the focal point of your womb and sex organs. It is connected to creative, emotional, & sexual expression. It is directly connected to your Root chakra, which is all about feeling safe and grounded.
Our classes will hold a safe space for all the Divine Goddesses that walk this Earth and will allow you to move freely, feel your emotions, and let it ALL flow. We will begin with a sisterhood circle and conversation and dive into sound healing and stretches to open up your chakras. Then, move into dance, ending with sacral meditation followed by powerful affirmations to bring your manifestations to life. Each class will end with a journal prompt to bring you closer to your highest self.
